Refund & Cancellation Policy

A total setup fee of £300 is required to begin any project. Of this:

• £150 is a non-refundable deposit covering initial setup, planning, and administrative work.
• The remaining £150 may be refundable only if cancellation occurs before significant work has been completed.

If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, the refundable portion may be reduced or forfeited depending on the stage of completion.

Once the project has been fully completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.

Once a cancellation request is submitted, it will enter a 48-hour processing period. During this time, services will remain active.

After the 48-hour period, the subscription will be cancelled. Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which access may be removed.

No refunds will be issued for any unused time within a billing period.

When requesting cancellation of a subscription or service, customers are required to provide a reason for cancellation.

This may include selecting from predefined options or submitting a short explanation. Cancellation requests will not be processed unless a reason is provided.

This information is used to improve our services and customer experience.

If a subscription is cancelled after 6 months of active service, an administrative fee of £30 may apply.

This fee covers costs associated with account closure, data handling, and service termination.

No administrative fee will be charged for cancellations within the first 6 months of service.

We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated clearly to customers.
