You complete our short form covering your business details, website requirements, the features you need, and your style preferences. This replaces discovery calls and quotes entirely.

Review & payment link
We review your form and confirm we can deliver what you need. If anything is unclear, we'll ask before proceeding. Then we send a secure payment link to begin.

Setup fee paid
A one-off £300 setup fee secures your slot and covers initial setup, planning, and administrative work. £150 of this is a non-refundable deposit; the rest is subject to our Refund Policy. Once it's paid, your build is officially on.

Onboarding & assets
We collect everything we need from you — content, logins, images, and brand assets — so the build can run smoothly without back-and-forth.

We map out your site's structure and visual direction straight from your requirements form, so the build matches your goals and taste.

We build your site
Development begins. Most builds are ready to preview within 1–5 working days. Please allow up to 5 working days before chasing updates — we're heads-down making it right.

Quality check
We test everything on mobile and desktop and connect your existing systems so it all works together cleanly before you see it.

We do a final pass ourselves — content, links, speed, and details — so the version you receive is genuinely ready to launch.

We share a private preview link and ask for your feedback. Your project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions to get everything just right.
